• Are trees harmed when making your products?  
  • No. Only the tips of the trees are used. Our product is fully sustainable.
• How do I light my incense?
  • Make sure it is fully lit on the end. Let flame linger for a minute or so! Blow on the end once it is lit until it is an even glow.
• How long will it take to ship my product?
  • 1-2 weeks (2 weeks in the late fall due to volume of orders).
• Do you drop ship?
